About Me
I have a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University, and I have attended multiple grief and dementia trainings.

I am a mother of two adult children and one teenager. I am married and have been with my husband for thirty-two years.

My unique upbringing and life experiences have shaped my cultural identity and perspectives. I strive to provide a safe space where clients can voice their thoughts, feelings, and concerns and process them so they can make the changes necessary to improve their lives.

I am a member of the AAMFT (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy) and the CTAMFT (Connecticut Association for Marriage and Family Therapy).

When not seeing clients, I enjoy walking my dogs, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
